PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a drive feeling by performing behavior control of a vehicle based on an accelerating intention or a decelerating intention of a driver. SOLUTION: This brake control device is provided with a behavior stabilizing control means 56 for executing a behavior control to stabilize the behavior of the vehicle and an accelerating/decelerating intention decision means 54 for deciding the presence or absence of each of the accelerating intention and decelerating intention of the driver based on an operation input by the driver. A threshold value changing means 57 for changing a threshold value S executes at least one of a control for changing the threshold value S to a high threshold value higher than the threshold value S when the presence of the accelerating intention is decided by the accelerating/decelerating intention decision means 54 and a control for changing the threshold value S to a low threshold value lower than the threshold value S when the presence of the decelerating intention is decided according to the decision of the accelerating/decelerating intention decision means 54.
