PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep good visibility during night over a long period of time by providing a main body formed by a semi-transparent rubber elastic body with many light passing holes disposed at the lower part thereof, and arranging illuminating light lamps in the position in the interior of the main body seen through the light passing holes from the position separated in the vertical direction to the axis. SOLUTION: A main body 2 is made by a rubber elastic body so that when an automobile collides, the main body 2 is bent and elastically deformed to absorb kinetic energy and shoften shock, thereby preventing breakage of the main body 2 and the damage to the automobile. In this case, when the automobile moves backward, the elastically deformed main body 2 is restored to its initial form. Further the lower part 3 of the main body is gradually increased in diameter toward the lower end, and is reinforced by an illuminating light lamp fixing table 9 which is arranged inside and formed by a transparent body having large tenacity and high hardness to be hardly deformed. The deformation of the main body 2 is not influenced by damage to the fixed table 9, and light of the illuminating light lamp 8 is passed through the passing hole 6 to be visible by the luminous flux stabilizing action of an eyelet 7 installed in the light passing hole 6. Thus, the illuminating device is installed adjacent to the light passing hole 6 to improve the visibility during the night. |
