摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fractionating apparatus at low production cost and requiring less energy by introducing cooled liquid to be treated into a container and emitting ultrasonic waves to the gas-phase of the container from the liquid to be treated. SOLUTION: A liquid to be treated, e.g. an ethanol solution, is contained in a tank 1 and the liquid to be treated is cooled by a coil 2. The liquid to be treated is introduced to an ultrasonic wave radiation part 4 through a flow line 3 and ultrasonic waves are radiated to the gas-phase in the container from the liquid to be treated in the container by an ultrasonic wave oscillator 5 to atomize and evaporate the liquid to be treated. The liquid to which ultrasonic waves are emitted is led to the outside of the apparatus through a flow line 6, and the residue is stored in a storage tank 7. Moreover, ethanol vapor and mist produced in the ultrasonic wave radiation part 4 is condensed in a cooling apparatus 8 and stored in a container 9. In this way, ethanol can extremely easily and efficiently be separated.
