<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of stabilizing a singly separated system and a system for stabilizing the singly separated system which enable a high-quality power supply by enabling it to minimize the amount of shutdown of a generator required for the maintenance of single system frequency or the amount of load shutdown and take account of a load recovery percentage, etc., of load. <P>SOLUTION: In case that the frequency drop preventive control within the separated system becomes excessive control (main control) due to the miscalculation, etc. of load fall and converging a frequency rises over an allowance, on the occurrence of system separation in the separated system of a power system, this system measures the frequency within the separated system after a lapse of a certain time after main control, and computes the quantity of reinput load, based on this measured frequency, and a system stabilizer 10 reinputs the load already cut, according to the manipulated variable of reinput load, whereby it can minimize the quantity of load. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
