The present invention relates to information computer technologies and to a method of voting preparation and implementation by means of an automated system containing a territorially distributed voting network including territorial sites and a central control station. The automated operational information system comprises a set of elements of the system including complexes of soft/hardware means for the automated operational information system interconnected via suitable communication facilities and allowing one operating in real time and/or session time to receive information from the voting network elements for processing this information with a possibility of displaying the information objects as a text and/or graphics and/or in a digital and/or tabulated form, input of identifying data on the voting network element, a system element in information objects, record and accumulation, saving, transmission, statistical processing, mapping and visualization of the information objects, as well as creation of a common database selectively of an election campaign and submission of the information for viewing in the Internet network and/or for open acquaintance in the on-line mode, as well as for visualization of the information in the course of voting preparation and implementation in real time, on a large-format screen for multiple access. |
