<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the loosening effects of a loose frozen food more, and to prevent the interference of a rotary comb teeth with a belt, and the dropping of the loose frozen food by accurately horizontally maintaining a conveyor belt for conveying the loose frozen food at the prescribed vertical position. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the loose frozen food involves a loosening step consisting of a primary loosening step and a secondary loosening step. In the primary loosening step, a shear force is added to the loose food 10b by meshing a plurality of fixed comb teeth 13 stood in the width direction of the belt 5, with a radial comb teeth 14, and in the secondary loosening step, a shear force is added by meshing a rotating radial comb teeth 16 with a plurality of fixed comb teeth 15 in a freezing region C at the downstream side of the primary loosening step while damming the loose food 10c by a dam 38 installed in the root of the fixed comb teeth 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
