PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel capable of maintaining sufficiently light emitting area even when used for a long period. SOLUTION: The panel comprises a substrate, a sealing plate arranged opposed to the substrate, a light emitting element provided on a face opposed to the sealing plate on the substrate, a plurality of spacers 22 which are provided between the substrate and the sealing plate so as to contact these and are arranged around the light emitting element, and a sealer layer which is filled between the substrate and the sealing plate so as to include the light emitting element and the spacers inside.
