PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving support device that can accommodate substantially to all vehicle models by a common structure and can reduce an arithmetic processing load of driving support operation. SOLUTION: The driving support device displays a composite image I2 superposed on a pickup image I1 imaging the rear of a vehicle. The direction and display position of an arrow image 11 and a vehicle figure image 13 in the composite image I2 change with the direction of steering and the magnitude of the angle of steering, and a photographed image arrow image 11 and vehicle figure image 13 represent the travel direction of the vehicle on the pickup image I1 corresponding to the steering angle.
