<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper welded to a packaging bag storing a liquid, the stopper being designed, such that a cap and a cylindrical part are kept apart during transport and storage, and the cap will not be detached or rotated due to vibration, shocks, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The stopper includes a stopper body (10), has a boat-shaped seal base (11) welded to the packaging bag (2) under heat and having a through-hole (12) at the center, also has the cylindrical part (15), communicating with the through-hole, and vertically extends from the upper face of the seal base and has a closed leading end with a cuttable closing part (13) jointed to it. The stopper also includes the cap (30), disposed around the cylindrical part such that one of its sides is open.
