<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly notice absence of residents in the house by automatically changing an ON/OFF time day by day, while automating ON/OFF of a load. <P>SOLUTION: A remote control transmitter 1 transmits a wireless signal for controlling the operation of the load Ld. In an operating section 12, ON and OFF actions of the load Ld are paired and a time schedule corresponding to ON time and OFF time is set. The time schedule set by the operating section 12 is stored in a storage section 13.
