<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for cracking chlorofluorocarbon in mild conditions of room temperature and normal pressure. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for cracking chlorofluorocarbon comprises a means for introducing a chlorofluorocarbon gas 1, a means for introducing a chlorine gas 2, a reactor for irradiation with natural light or artificial light to a gas mixture of the chlorofluorocarbon gas and the chlorine gas 5, and a means for post-treating involving recovering the reaction product after cracking as calcium fluoride 6, wherein a concentration ratio of the chlorine gas to the chlorofluorocarbon gas is 5 to 10 and the chlorofluorocarbon has a hydrogen gas in the molecule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
