<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of quickly performing coordinate display by a pointing device and character inputting by a keyboard in the case of continuously performing the coordinate display and the character inputting. <P>SOLUTION: The information processor comprises the keyboard constituted of a plurality of input keys arrayed in one area, a plane input device for outputting information showing an instructed position, a plane input device arranged in a thumb movable range when the hands are positioned at a home position in the plurality of input keys, and an area which is located from the array position of the plurality of input keys to an operator side and has a part having a width longer than the vertical width of the plane input device and located at the side face of the plane input device with no input keys; a display part for displaying a cursor; and a cursor moving means for moving the cursor on the screen in a direction that substantially coincides with an operation direction calculated from information outputted from the plane input device in accordance with a finger operation to the plane input device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
