<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for estimating the function of a functional biomolecules having an effect such as function control and/or designing the array thereof. <P>SOLUTION: In the given amino array and its active data of functional biomolecules, the characteristic amount of the functional biomolecules is used in learning data, a random forest is applied to construct a functional estimation model of the functional biomolecules, and functional biomolecule amino acid array in which the function of the functional biomolecule is unknown is applied to the above constructed estimation model, thereby analyzing the array of the functional biomolecules. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
