PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balanced cable adaptor in a cable having a connector interface with two coaxial micro wave structure. SOLUTION: The adaptor 130 in a balanced micro wave cable adaptor has a connector interface of a first coaxial structure with a first center pin 149 constructed so as to be connected to the first center conductor 153 of a first coaxial transmission line, and a second coaxial structure with a second center pin 151 constructed so as to be connected to the second center conductor 155 of a second coaxial transmittance line.
