PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition wall allowing addition of a function without changing a flat plan, and having excellent appearance. SOLUTION: The partition wall is provided with a plurality of studs erected at a space, a pair of surface materials mounted to both sides of the studs and facing each other with a hollow layer placed in between, and an auxiliary face material mounted in a laminated state to the inside of at least one surface material. The stud has a plurality of mounting protrusion parts projected in the surface direction of the surface material and spaced in a vertical direction. The auxiliary face material is formed in almost the same width as the inner side spacing of the studs and mounted clampedly between the mounting protrusions and the surface material.
