PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a liquid- or fluid-packed product (such as a pouch for refill, a retort pouch, and a tube) sold in the market, wherein the provider does not want to further promote waste of resources from the view-point of waste disposal while the consumer thinks that the content has been completely squeezed out of the pouch, wherein there is no suitable implement for squeezing out the content liquid or fluid from the pouch, and wherein the content can not be satisfactorily squeezed out of the pouch with a currently-used bar-like object. SOLUTION: A user inserts fingers into an upper grip part 5 and a lower grip part 4, and the object which the user wants to squeeze out is clasped between an upper squeeze part 3 and a lower squeeze part 2. The object is clasped with appropriate pressure in such a way as clasped with pincers. In this way, the liquid or fluid inside the pouch or tube is pushed out and squeezed out to the last to a squeeze spout.
