PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an album in which images are laid out so that an object preferable for a user is emphasized. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a picked-up image storing unit for storing picked-up images, an object voice storing unit for storing voice information representing the object in association with the object of the picked-up images, a recording unit for recording the voice of the viewer of the picked-up images, an object determining unit for determining an object included in the voice of the viewer by comparing the voice recorded by the recording unit with the voice information to be stored in the object voice storing unit, an object image storing unit for storing object images of the object in association with the object of the picked-up images stored by the picked-up image storing unit, an object image extracting unit for extracting the object images to be stored in the object image storing unit in association with the object determined by the object determining unit, and an image output control unit for outputting the picked-up image so that a region image including the object image extracted by the object image extracting unit is emphasized in the picked-up images to be stored in the picked-up image storing unit.
