PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow melting device capable of being easily installed on a roof and generating effect at low cost. SOLUTION: Two fire-resistant light-weight films 1 are overlapped and cables 2 are arranged at left and right ends and in an intermediate section between the films to bond them. Several flexible pipes 3 having many holes on the left and right sides are arranged and bonded toward the same direction as the direction of the cables 2 in the intermediate section of the cables 2. Ends in front of and on the opposite side of two films 1 are bonded to form an air bag. The airbag is fixed under the eaves by the cables 2. A plurality of air taking-in ports 6 are provided at ends in front of the device and are connected with an air blowing pipe. A plurality of air exhaust ports 7 are provided on the opposite side. Warm air is fed into the airbag from a warm air blower installed in an indoor or outdoor part through the air blowing pipe to heat the bag in order to melt accumulated snow and discharge cold air through the air exhaust ports 7.
