PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game medium distributing and feeding device capable of efficiently and surely putting out game media such as tokens and to provide a game medium dispenser using the same. SOLUTION: This game medium distributing and feeding device for use in a game medium dispenser installed between two game machines is characterized in having a storage part 35 storing game media for feeding, a sending mechanism part 40 importing the game media from the storage part 35 and sending them, and a distributing mechanism part 50 distributing and discharging the game media sent from the sending mechanism part 40 in the two direction towards the respective game machines.
