A frame structure includes a base plate 70 , and a pair of side plates 72, 73 . The base plate 70 has a bottom surface 70 a, and an attachment edge 70 b formed by drawing the edge of the base place downward around the entire periphery of the bottom surface 70 a. The pair of side plates 72, 73 are attached on the attachment edge 70 b of the base plate 70 , and serve to support components used by an image forming device in image formation.
