<p>A magneto-optical recording medium includes a phase pit substrate (4A), a dielectric layer (4B), a recording layer (4C, 4D), a dielectric layer (4F), and a reflection layer (4G) and can simultaneously reproduce ROM-RAM. Configuration of the end of the phase pit (1) is formed so as to satisfy 5 < 100 x Ip/Im < 20 where Im represents the reflection level of a mirror surface and Ip represents a phase pit signal output. It is possible to suppress jitters of both of the magneto-optical recording/reproducing signal and the phase pit signal to an appropriate range and improve the reproduction signal quality of the ROM-RAM simultaneous reproduction.</p> |
