PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone system, an exchange, and a server apparatus wherein when a receptionist applies a log-in operation to a telephone set, the server apparatus associates a proxy response group set to the telephone set with a call distribution group to which the receptionist belongs and informs the exchange about it so as to surely execute a proxy response of a non-response call for a receptionist in the same call distribution group. SOLUTION: When an ACD server 102 deems an arrived and distributed call to be a non-response call, the ACD server 102 searches extension numbers of other receptionists belonging to ACD group numbers in excess of a non-response deemed lapse time and ACD groups 1 to 3 storing the ACD group numbers from a receptionist log-in information table 500, transmits non-response call indication information including the searched extension numbers and information of the ACD groups 1 to 3 and lighting up an FF button lamp of a multifunctional telephone set corresponding to them to a PBX 101 to allow the FF button lamp of the multifunctional telephone set to indicate the arrival of the non-response call.
