<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an EMI caused by resonance by capacity between drains and sources of power MOSFETs and inductance of wiring connected to the power MOSFETs. <P>SOLUTION: An inverter system 1 includes the power MOSFETs 6, 7 in which the sources or the drains are connected to an output terminal, and gate drive circuits 11, 12 which drive gates of the power MOSFETs 6, 7.
