<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify inspection of electronic parts mounting onto a printed-circuit board to which a light emitting device (LED) is mounted. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic parts mounting inspection device for inspecting electronic parts mounted onto a printed-circuit board has a printed-circuit board 101 fixed to a conveyor rail for a conveyor belt onto whose surface electronic parts including an LED 112 are mounted and set, a power supply mechanism 153 that rises up to insert a positioning pin 155 into a positioning hole 111 of the printed-circuit board and bring a probe pin 154 in electrical contact with a test point electrically conductive to the LED's electrode at the back of the printed-circuit board, a power section 156 connected to the probe pin to supply power to the LED, a power supply mechanism controller 151 for controlling the up-rise of the power supply mechanism and power supply by the power section, and an electronic parts mounting inspection controller 143 that controls the conveyor drive and illuminates the printed-circuit board, photographs electronic parts including the lighted LED, records the photographed images, and performs inspection and controlling of the electronic parts based on the recorded images. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
