PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning control system capable of preventing children and elderly persons from easily catching cold, and preventing householder's unexpected expenses without giving excess stress to the children and elderly persons. SOLUTION: This air conditioning control system 10 comprises an air conditioner 1, an operating ability setting means 84, an operating ability range changing means 84, a first authentication information input means 82f, and a means 84 for judging availability of change of operating ability range. The operating ability setting means 84 can be set when the operating ability of the air conditioner 1 is within a first range. The first range is changed to a second range by the operating ability range changing means 84. The first authentication information input means 82f can input the first authentication information. The means 84 for judging availability of change of operating ability range, judges whether the change from the first range to the second range is permitted or not on the basis of the first authentication information.
