PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bracelet which has both of the functions of emitting reflected light and removing electricity as against a conventional bracelet which has only a single function of reflection or removing electricity, and which is extensible. SOLUTION: The bracelet 1 which can emit the reflected light and remove electricity is obtained by connecting an extensible cord body 6 obtained by knitting and covering 5 the outer periphery of a rubber cord 2 of a length which goes around the wrist with a reflective thin cord 3 and a conductive thin cord 4 into a state of a ring.
