<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and appropriately analyze business history data. <P>SOLUTION: In a business information managing device 100, a business history data table generating part 120 generates a business history data table, a work feature generating part 130 generates a function, a work feature identification and determination attaching part 140 generates a work feature data table, a work sequence generating part 150 extracts an appearance sequence of work types included in an item of each work history data, a work sequence identification and determination classifying part 160 classifies item IDs for each different appearance sequence of a work type, an item comparing part 170 extracts a work sequence whose rate of work time is large, a problem place specifying part 180 specifies a worker corresponding to the extracted work sequence, and a problem place displaying part displays the specified worker. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
