<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate inconvenience of soiling a head cover, being flown away by wind or losing and swelling of a pocket in the case of putting the head cover in the pocket. <P>SOLUTION: When removing the head cover, a head cover with a chain hook and a head cover with a hook are mounted to a belt loop and a waist part, so that there is no need to place the head cover on the ground surface (grass).
