PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a situation communicating device and a situation communication program in which an instruction is inputted by identifying a gesture that is intentionally performed by a user. SOLUTION: When a pressure is detected (S41: YES), light is not detected (S42: NO) and the temperature detected by a temperature sensor is 30°C to 38°C (S43: YES), it is judged that a device is grasped by a person, the detection processing for the number of times of the grasping gesture is performed, and the number of times of the gesture is stored (S44). Retrieving is then performed to determine whether or not an ID code is registered, the ID code having the designated number of times of a value stored in a communication target database (S45) and if the ID code is registered (S46: YES), that ID code is designated as a communication target (S47), and processing of communicating the designated ID code with a situation communicating device 1 is started (S48).
