PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heart rate measuring device in which a ferrite antenna is housed and fixed inside a case without using a complicated fixing structure and without being affected by an external impact. SOLUTION: The ferrite antenna 10 for transmission of a heart rate transmitter of the heart rate measuring device is constituted by applying a winding wire 11 to a rod-like ferrite core 12. On a heart rate transmitter case 1, an antenna housing recessed part 14 is formed. The ferrite antenna 10 for transmission is held in the antenna housing recessed part 14 by fitting cap-like antenna frames 16 mounted on both ends of the rod-like ferrite core 12 to antenna frame fitting parts 15 of the antenna housing recessed part 14.
