PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antislip sole prevented from a lowering of antislip function by maintaining strength through improvement in strength degradation due to the long-term use of an antislip sole for walking on a road surface with water standing, a frozen road surface and a high hardness road surface, and improved from the viewpoints of productivity, production cost and merchandising. SOLUTION: Zirconia added alumina grains with zirconia fine grains with the grain diameter of 10-300μm added are dispersed in an optional pattern in a sole mold, and at least one kind selected out of a group comprising jute fiber, chaff grains and stone grains of fruits is dispersed at a request.
