PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastes treatment apparatus consists of a multi-tank type treatment tanks by a partition plate wherein a deformation of the treatment tank does not occur even if a cheap and light plate type material is used, and cost lowering and weight diminishing can be carried out. SOLUTION: The wastes treatment apparatus has a wastes treatment tank wherein the partition plate 11a, 11b is made to connect to the plate type material 36, 37, 38 with the section of nearly U shape forming the tank and the inside of the treatment tank is divided by the partition plate to form a plurality of tanks, and a stirring means is structured by arranging a plurality of stirring rods at a stirring shaft penetrating a plurality of tanks, respectively, wherein the plate type material with the section of nearly U shape and the partition plate have a locking part 36a, b, 37a, b, 38a, b which is locking each other at these joints, and the plurality of tanks are structured such that the plate type material with the section of nearly U shape is locked to fixed to the partition plate at the locking part.
