The filling (5) consists of foam or gas with smell after withdrawal into the intestine tracts. The upper and lower parts of the capsule are hermetically connected and consist of a material dissolvable by the digesting secretions of the intestine tract. A very thin wall thickness is formed at the interior covering (2). A contrast material is added into the material of the interior covering. The filling is enclosed with an analgesic or other medicine. The outer covering (4) consists of disc shape particles. The wall thickness of the disc shape parts is reduced at the end of the interior covering. The diameter of the capsule is 6-12 mm and the length is 12-30 mm.
