PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a case where a color system inhibited of receiving according to law is received or a broadcast signal cannot be received at all. SOLUTION: A TV application program 201 has a function of making a user specify an area. When a specified area corresponds only to one type of color system, the TV application program 201 fixes a TV broadcast signal received by a TV tuner circuit 123 to a color system corresponding to the specified area. Even when an area, where reception of a color system other than that corresponding to that area is prohibited by law, is specified, the TV application program 201 fixes a TV broadcast signal received by the TV tuner circuit 123 to a color system corresponding to that area.
