PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the clutch assembly of a rotary device preventing the rotary device from being damaged or ruptured. SOLUTION: The clutch assembly 12 of the rotary device comprises an over-speed clutch 40, an output shaft 48, and a centrifugal clutch 42. The over-speed clutch 40 is disposed on an input shaft 32.
