PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifogging film excellent in antifogging property particularly even in the case of a hermetically-sealed package of fruits and vegetables exhibiting high transpiration property, without damaging an excellent transparency which is inherent in an olefinic antifogging film. SOLUTION: A propylene based multilayer oriented film having a base material layer (A) composed of a polypropylene based resin, and a polypropylene based heat-sealing layer (B) having a melting point of 150°C or less being formed on at least one side of the base material layer is provided. The laminated polypropylene based antifogging resin film excellent in antifogging property is characterized in that at least a layer contains an antifogging agent in the polypropylene resin, and a detection value derived from an oxygen atom on the surface according to Eschka method of the film is 4 at% or more.
