PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a countersinking device, capable of achieving light weight, improving work efficiency, and performing stable countersinking work. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a main body 3 having a clamp part 15 projected sideways, a pin 31 provided to be capable of projecting/retracting along a machining direction 20 perpendicular to a clamp surface 21 from the clamp surface provided in the clamp part 15, a micro-stop counter 5 of which the tip surface 43 is disposed to face the clamp surface 21, installed on a main body 3 to be movable in the machining direction, a countersinking cutter 37 provided on the micro-stop counter 5 to be capable of projecting for prescribed quantity in the machining direction from the tip surface 43, having a recess 41 to be fitted in the tip of the pin 31, a drill 7 installed on the main body 3 to be movable in the machining direction to rotate the cutter 37 on the micro-stop counter 5, and a moving means 9 to actuate the micro-stop counter 5 in the machining direction.
