PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a particulate mixture which can be adapted to both mass production and flexible production, and is rich in versatility, and to provide a facility for the same. SOLUTION: The particulate mixture is produced in two systems including a first mixing system and a second mixture system. The first mixing system mixes, using a stationary mixer 22, particulates which are extracted from one fixed tank and at least one other tank among a plurality of fixed tanks 10A, 10B, 10C and 10D stored with the particulates by kinds and a plurality of mobile tanks 16A, 16B and 16C. The second mixing system; mixes particulates which are extracted from the fixed tank or other mobile tank, into either of the mobile tanks 16A, 16B and 16C; rotates the tank in a process of moving the mobile tank by a transfer machine 30; and mixes the particulates inside the tank.
