<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the precision of control of data transmission. <P>SOLUTION: A processing part 22 transmits, from at least one of a plurality of antennas 12, data corresponding to the respective antennas 12. A control part 30 generates a request signal for causing a second radio apparatus to provide the rate information of the second radio apparatus.
