PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress heat generation of a power supply pattern on a power supply distribution circuit board. SOLUTION: One power supply pattern 2 and a plurality of output patterns 3 are formed on a printed wiring board 1 and a power semiconductor element, e. g. an IPS (self reset electronic fuse) 4, is mounted between the power supply pattern and each output pattern such that the power supply input terminal is connected with the power supply pattern and a load output terminal is connected with the output pattern. In such a power supply distribution circuit board, the power supply pattern 2 is formed with such size and shape as having mounting portions of the IPS 4 on the opposite sides and having an intermediate space S, and a power supply point 2a is provided at the space portion S of the power supply pattern 2. Since the current path is shortened and widened from the feeding point of the power supply pattern to the drain terminal of each IPS and is not overlapped substantially, current is not required to be concentrated and heat generation of the power supply pattern is suppressed.
