PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve burden on a work for managing a plurality of databases. SOLUTION: When DB information inputted from an output/input device 1 is received, a central processing part 4 performs processing to examine the validity of the DB information, determines whether the processing result is valid data or not. When the data is not the valid one, an effect that the DB information inputted to the output/input device 1 is inappropriate and a message to request the re-input of the DB information is displayed, so as to urge the re-input of the DB information. When the data is the valid one, an information setting processing part 5 stores the DB information in the related DB attribute data storage area 9 of a storage device 3 as related DB attribute data.
