PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistor measuring apparatus capable of accurately and stably measuring resistance. SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a stage 11 for putting on a resistor foil 12 measuring a resistance value, a first and a second guide pins 14 and 15 placed on the stage 11, contact pins 17 and 18 of which the tip ends 17a and 18a contact the resistor foil 12, a support 16 fixing the contact pins 17 and 18 and movable along the first and the second guide pins 14 and 15, and clamp bolts 19 and 20 pushing the support 16 toward the stage 11.
