PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a judging method for the language dominant hemisphere in the method of judging the language dominant hemisphere, a dominant hemisphere judging device and a storage medium. SOLUTION: A language dominant hemisphere judging method for judging the language dominant hemisphere of a subject by crossing-presenting language sound includes: (a) the stage of crossing-presenting the language sound so as to present the consonant part of the language sound to one ear of the subject and to present the vowel part of the language sound to the other ear; and (b) the stage of judging which of the left brain and the right brain is the language dominant hemisphere according to whether or not the subject recognizes the language sound.
