PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high sensitivity capacitor microphone. SOLUTION: The capacitor microphone includes a capacitor C configured with an oscillating membrane electrode 9 and a fixed electrode 6, 7 to an interior of a cylindrical cabinet 1, a board 3 comprising a converting circuit 5 which changes and outputs a variance of an electrostatic capacity of the capacitor C produced by swinging of the oscillating membrane electrode 9 to an electrical signal, and a gate ring 12 which is prepared between the capacitor C and the board 3 and which conducts electrically the capacitor C and the board 3. The gate ring 12 has a conductor unit 14 which conducts the capacitor C and the board 3 electrically, and an insulation 15 which insulates the capacitor C and the boards 3 electrically.
