PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canister for evaporating fuel treatment for an internal combustion engine and a method for manufacturing the canister. SOLUTION: A heat accumulation material microcapsule having heat accumulation material composed of phase change material absorbing and releasing latent heat according to temperature change is kneaded in a case 2 of the canister 1, especially in nylon resin of a first case 3 to form the case 3.
