PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for evaluating an acquired solar radiation energy amount by which it is possible to clearly display a state of summer heat in a closed room having an opening part such as a glass window capable of transmitting solar radiation, and also, it is possible to facilitate verification of a room highly likely to become too hot, for example, by the afternoon sun (sunshine before sunset) in summer. SOLUTION: When the acquired solar radiation energy from the opening part 26 capable of transmitting the solar radiation for each space area of a building is obtained, the propriety of the acquired solar radiation energy amount is discriminated by a discrimination part 16. When it is discriminated by the discrimination part 16 that an accumulated acquired solar radiation energy amount per prescribed period of time in a space area unit of the building exceeds a prescribed threshold, the display of the space area is displayed on the building drawing of a display part 17 differently from the display of the other space areas.
