PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which is a laminate used for overlap packaging, packaging of instant noodle in particualar and which has a print layer showing good adhesion to an untreated film showing good melt-cutting sealability, and has excellent blocking (the print layer hardly adheres to a vessel) to a vessel of cup noodles of a content or the like. SOLUTION: The laminate is made by printing a picture and a letter on a heat-shrinkable polyolefin film such as polypropylene and the like with printing ink containing a low chlorinated polyolefin resin as a major resin, and applying printing ink containing a high chlorinated polyolefin resin as a major resin on it. The chlorine content of the low chlorinated polyolefin resin is preferably 5 to 45 wt% and the chlorine content of the high chlorinated polyolefin resin is preferably 60 to 75 wt%.
