<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel position detecting device of a yard crane capable of greatly reducing labor of an operator by automatically setting a travel start position. <P>SOLUTION: The travel position detecting device of a conveying vehicle traveling along a travel path arranged on a road surface of a container yard is provided with a GPS receiver 36 for acquiring positional information from a GPS satellite, and automatically sets an accurate initial position by setting the positional information acquired by the GPS receiver 36 in an initial position in starting travel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
