PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cover a warm water hose 10 disposed along a frame 11 of a driving cabin with a cover 13 securely supported to the frame 11. SOLUTION: A locking type coupling means 20 is provided between a first end side in a cover cross-sectional direction of the cover 13 and the frame 11. In the locking type coupling means 20, a locking pin 21 extended out from the cover 13 enter an engaging portion 22 of the frame 11 to be locked, thereby coupling the first end side of the cover 13 to the frame 11. Superimposing coupling means 30 is provided between a second end side in the cover cross-sectional direction of the cover 13 and the frame 11. In the superimposing coupling means 30, a rivet 33 penetrates the frame 11 in a direction intersecting an engaging portion entering direction of the locking pin 21 in longitudinal direction view. An end portion of the cover 13 is superimposed and coupled with an outer peripheral surface 11a of the frame 11, thereby coupling the second end side of the cover 13 to the frame 11.
