PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of the contents browsing of each user. SOLUTION: A contents relay server 10 is provided with a number of access database 11 for relaying data between a portable terminal 20 and a contents server 30 in which contents are stored, and for storing information specifying the contents and the number of access to the link destination contents in every portable terminal 20 by associating them with each other, a receiving part 12 for receiving a contents acquisition request from the portable terminal 20 with the information specifying the link origin contents, a terminal information acquiring part 13 for acquiring the terminal information, a database updating part 14 for updating the number of access database 11 based on each acquired information, a contents converting part 15 for generating the contents whose link display position has been changed based on the number of access to the link destination contents stored in the number of access database 11 and a transmitting part 16 for transmitting the generated contents.
